Pricing questions, answered
How do I sign up?
Select Start free and sign in with your Microsoft work account. PatchBee then asks for your company name, your role, and roughly how many devices you manage, and you pick a plan: Free, or a 30-day trial of Pro or MSP. That's the whole sign-up; you land in the app straight after.
Do I need a credit card?
No. There is no card field anywhere in PatchBee, and nothing is ever charged automatically. When you decide to stay on a paid plan we email you an invoice, and your plan switches over once it's settled.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace carries on with the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and every app you published stays in Intune exactly where it is. If you want to keep Pro or MSP, tell us and we'll send the invoice.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Free forever for up to 50 devices, with the full 6,300+ app catalog, unlimited packaging, and publishing to Intune. No card required to start.
How is a device counted?
A device is a Microsoft Intune-managed device you deploy an app to. Above 50 devices, Pro is $3 per device per year across your fleet. You only pay for devices you actually deploy to.
What happens when I pass 50 devices?
Publishing to Intune pauses until you move to Pro at $3 per device per year. The 50-device allowance is a real limit, not a warning. Everything else keeps working: your catalog, your existing deployments, install status, and every app you have already published stays exactly where it is in Intune. Nothing is deleted, and publishing resumes the moment you upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Apps you've already published stay in Intune, and PatchBee never holds your deployments hostage. You keep everything you've shipped.
Do you offer MSP or on-prem options?
MSPs run many customer tenants from one console under MSP / Enterprise, with per-customer scoping and volume pricing. Regulated environments and self-hosting are handled case-by-case there too, so get in touch.
