Terms of service
Plain terms for using PatchBee, matching how the product actually behaves.
Last updated: 22 July 2026
Who these are with
These terms are between you (the organisation using PatchBee) and Elevate Solutions, Bosnia and Herzegovina, which operates PatchBee. Using the service means accepting them.
Accounts
You sign in with a Microsoft work account. You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and for what they do in it. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.
Plans, trials and the device limit
- Free is free for as long as you want it, for up to 50 Intune-managed devices.
- Above 50 devices, publishing to Intune pauses until you move to Pro. Everything else keeps working, and apps you already published stay in your Intune tenant, untouched.
- Pro and MSP can be trialled free for 30 days. When a trial ends the workspace continues on Free.
Billing
There is no payment processor and no card on file, so nothing is ever charged automatically. Paid plans are invoiced by email and switched on once the invoice is settled. Pro is priced per Intune-managed device per year; MSP and Enterprise are quoted per estate. Prices exclude any tax that applies to you.
Stop whenever you like. There is nothing to cancel in-product because nothing recurs on its own; simply do not renew. We do not refund part-used periods unless we have failed to provide the service.
What you keep
The apps you package and publish live in your Microsoft Intune tenant. They are yours, they keep working if you stop using PatchBee, and we never withdraw or disable them. Your data belongs to you and we will hand it back or delete it on request.
Acceptable use
Do not use PatchBee to distribute malware or software you have no right to distribute, to break the law, or to attack the service or anyone else through it. We package software from public sources such as winget and Homebrew; the licence for each application is between you and its publisher, and it is your responsibility to have the rights to deploy what you deploy.
Availability
We work to keep PatchBee available and will tell you about planned work that affects it. The Free and Pro plans carry no service level agreement; an SLA is part of MSP and Enterprise, and its terms are set out in that agreement. PatchBee also depends on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Graph, which we do not control.
Suspension
We may disable a workspace for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms. Disabling is reversible and destroys nothing: your data stays and everything is restored when the workspace is enabled again. Except where something is seriously wrong, we will contact you first.
Liability
PatchBee is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date, and continuing to use PatchBee afterwards means accepting them.
Questions
