Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a trial so you can connect a tenant, package real apps, and publish to Intune before you commit. No card required to explore the catalog.
What counts as a tenant?
A tenant is a single Microsoft Intune / Entra ID directory you connect PatchBee to. Starter covers one, Team covers up to five, and Enterprise / MSP is unlimited with per-customer scoping.
Can I bill annually?
Yes. Annual billing saves about 20% versus monthly on Starter and Team. Enterprise / MSP is a custom annual agreement, so talk to us for volume pricing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the billing period. Apps you've already published stay in Intune, and PatchBee never holds your deployments hostage.
Do you offer on-prem or self-hosted?
PatchBee is a hosted product today. Regulated environments and self-hosting are handled case-by-case under Enterprise / MSP, so get in touch and we'll walk through the options.
