Managing customers (MSP)
If you manage Intune for several organisations, an MSP or a company with multiple tenants, PatchBee's customer features let you work across all of them from one place.
Customers and tenants
- A customer is one of the organisations you manage.
- Each customer can own one or more Intune tenants (connections).
- The Customers page gives you an operational overview across them, and the Dashboard shows compliance by customer.
The scope switcher
At the top of the sidebar, a two-level switcher focuses the whole app on:
- a customer, then
- one of that customer's Intune tenants, or all of them.
Everything you view (jobs, deployed apps, updates) respects the selected scope.
Example: a morning across three customers
Scope to Contoso: two update candidates, approve both. Scope to Fabrikam: a failed job from overnight, open its logs, retry, it completes. Scope to All customers to check the dashboard's compliance-by-customer tiles before standup. Same app, same tabs, three books of business, no separate sign-ins.
Deploy across customers
Use App Sets to push a bundle of apps to many customers or tenants at once, ideal for standardising a baseline across your whole book of business; see the app sets guide.
