Getting help
There is a Help button at the bottom of the sidebar, on every screen. It opens a short form and sends your message straight to the PatchBee team. A real person reads it and replies.
Sending a message
- Click Help at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- Pick the kind of message: Question, Problem, Billing, or Feature request.
- Describe what is happening, then send.
You do not type your email address. PatchBee already knows who you are from your sign-in and replies to that address. You get a copy of your own message by email for your records, and the reply comes from support@patchbee.io.
What to include
- The app name and version you were working with
- Which Intune tenant it was going to, if you have more than one
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- For a failed packaging job, the step logs from that job
Still signing up?
The Help button works even if you have not finished setting your workspace up. Someone stuck partway through signing up is exactly the person who needs to reach us.
Other ways to reach us
- General enquiries and sales: the contact form or contact@patchbee.io
- Support: the Help button, or support@patchbee.io
- Billing: the Help button with Billing selected, so it lands in the right place
